Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollect orders from Tricon's sales team and enter into ERP system Send order confirmations to customers Coordinate pickup and delivery dates for product shipments Keep track of past and current orders to ensure smooth delivery and return of empty railcars Maintain order summary for commercial team visibility Prepare complete documentation for each shipment (BOL, COA, CI, PL) Manage claims related to product delivery Onboard new customers into ERP system Qualifications and SkillsExcellent communication in English to effectively collaborate with customers, truckers, warehouses and internal commercial teams Self-motivated, detailed oriented and fast paced Ability to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in product movement Exceed customer service expectation and experience Bachelor's degree or higher in related field (2-5) years professional experience in resin industry (domestic preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required) Experience working in an ERP system (preferred)
