Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager (On Site)Location: Chapel Hill, NC (onsite; relocating to Timberlake, NC mid-next year)Employment Type: Full-time, ExemptAbout The RoleVoltage is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead our environmental, health, and safety programs. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fostering a strong safety culture, and driving continuous improvement across our operations.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain EHS management systems and safety protocols.Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and accident investigations.Lead safety training, emergency drills, and awareness campaigns.Manage SDS documentation and ensure workplace health standards.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.3+ years in safety/environmental management; 5+ years EHS experience in operations or manufacturing.Leadership experience under ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHA protocols.Strong knowledge of OSHA, SDS, EPA regulations; familiarity with NFPA, ANSI, NEC standards.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in manufacturing environments, conduct inspections, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).Equal Employment OpportunityVoltage Energy Storage is an equal opportunity employer.
