Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX, for a Redi-Mix Dispatcher. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating the delivery of ready-mixed concrete to various job sites, communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations. The role requires managing orders, adjusting schedules as needed, addressing customer inquiries, monitoring delivery progress, and assisting in resolving any challenges that arise during daily operations. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with drivers, customers, and team members.Proficiency in scheduling systems and technology, as well as familiarity with GPS and dispatching tools.Problem-solving abilities to address scheduling conflicts, delays, and customer concerns efficiently.Organizational and time management skills to coordinate and prioritize multiple deliveries.Knowledge of the construction or ready-mix concrete industry is preferred but not required.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in logistics or transportation are a plus.
