Job Title – MES Project Manager - Engineering Program Manager Job Location - 35 Cherry Hill Drive, Danvers, Massachusetts, United States of America, 01923-5186 Duration: 12 monthsType: W2 contract Job Description – We are seeking an experienced MES Program Manager to lead end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation at a regulated manufacturing site in Danvers, MA.The role is responsible for driving the full lifecycle delivery of MES initiatives, including planning, execution, governance, go-live, and post-implementation support, while ensuring alignment with global manufacturing standards and compliance requirements.This position requires strong hands-on experience in MES implementation combined with solid project/program management expertise in a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end MES implementation and program governance for manufacturing operationsManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and compliance across all project phasesCoordinate cross-functional teams including IT, manufacturing, QA, vendors, and site leadershipEnsure successful deployment of global MES template with site-specific configurationsOversee system integrations with ERP and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, BPCS)Drive go-live readiness, training, change management, and hypercare supportManage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and vendor performanceIdentify risks/issues and implement effective resolution strategiesEnsure minimal disruption to production during implementation and transition to steady stateDrive continuous improvement through process optimization and lessons learnedRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of Project/Program Management experienceStrong hands-on experience in MES implementation projectsExperience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/medical device preferred)Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or BPCS preferred)Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsExperience in budget, vendor, and risk managementBachelor’s degree requiredNice to Have:SAP / BPCS system experienceExperience in global MES template deploymentStrong change management and digital manufacturing transformation exposure
