We also offer interim and business purpose servicing, including the infrastructure to oversee renovations and manage rents.Headquartered in Tampa and operating nationwide, Fay Servicing combines deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to reduce risk, improve portfolio performance, and ensure an exceptional experience for both borrowers and investors.Reporting to the AVP, Investor Reporting, this position is responsible for reconciling, reporting and remitting to various investors of single-family residential mortgages including private label securitizations, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.This role performs daily operational processes to ensure timely reporting, remitting and compliance in accordance with investor servicing guidelines, agreements and benchmarks which measure performance.
