What You’ll DoEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal permitting requirements.Prepare, review, and submit permit applications to regulatory agencies.Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and construction, to gather necessary permitting documentation.Maintain relationships with permitting agencies to facilitate smooth approvals.Provide guidance to project teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.Track multiple permits and proactively address potential delays.Research and analyze permitting trends and regulatory changes affecting the industry.Assist in responding to permit-related inquiries from government agencies or stakeholders.Support audits and internal compliance checks related to permits.Identify process improvements for faster and more efficient permitting workflows. What You’ll NeedTo be 18 years of age or older Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience, formal trade, or technical skills trainingAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, or up to two years of basic understanding of permitting processesAssociate’s or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferredPhysical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: Work alone in remote locations, use keyboard and mouseOccasionally: Climbing stairs, Standing, Walking, operates vehiclesWhy grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
