A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: Technologist - X-Ray Job Details: • 16-hour shifts with 36-40 hours per week standard, overtime billable after 40 hours • 48 hours per week maximum, overtime billable after 48 hours • Weekend rotation with on-call schedule • Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) • Minimum 24 months of X-Ray experience in clinic or hospital setting required • Operating Room competency and experience required • Equipment experience required: Phillips Diagnostic, Carestream portables, GE OEC c-arm • Equipment experience preferred: Siemens Cysto, Fluoro experience • Work with various imaging equipment including Toshiba Fluoro, Hologic breast machine, Phillips portable • Average of 100 daily patient scans per day for all technologists • EMR system: EPIC • Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) • Iowa radiology license highly preferred, will accept non-licensed candidates who must apply for license upon acceptance • First-time travelers welcome with required experience • Skills checklist specific to X-Ray discipline required Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive imaging department with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and technology.
