We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team and provide exceptional support across our network of healthcare offices.Why Join Us?Competitive compensation based on experienceHealth Insurance available on Day 1Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability coverage401(k) PlanGenerous PTO and paid holidaysOpportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment supporting critical operationsGrowth and advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationIn This Role, You WillServe as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone and self-service ticketing systemsProvide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end usersTroubleshoot desktop, application, hardware, and network-related issuesSupport Active Directory, password resets, email configuration, and remote accessResolve desktop performance and internet connectivity issuesInstall and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and software across multiple locationsAssist with basic network administration tasks including running and terminating linesDeliver white-glove support to executive leadership and VIP usersCollaborate with vendors and escalate unresolved issues when necessaryDocument incidents, updates, and resolutions within ServiceNowProvide guidance and troubleshooting support to junior team membersOn Call Rotation: Weekends and after hours as needed.Weekend Project Work: As required.We Require3+ years of IT support experience in a Service Desk or similar environmentStrong troubleshooting skills for Level 1 and Level 2 technical issuesAdvanced knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 Enterprise or newer)Experience with Active Directory, email configuration, and remote support toolsUnderstanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and office technologyExperience troubleshooting network printers and scannersStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExperience using IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNowValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between office locationsAbility to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.Preferred QualificationsCompTIA A+ CertificationNetwork+ or other IT certificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience supporting healthcare environments is a plusFamiliarity with G-Suite products preferredSalary: Starting at $38 per hourBenefits: Health Insurance on day 1, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO, 8 paid holidays (2 floating), and more.Join us at NYCBS, where we are making strides in healthcare through innovative and compassionate care.Visit our website at: Nycancer.comFollow us on Facebook: NYCBS on FacebookNew York Cancer and Blood Specialists is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*
