Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Program Manager – Children & Adolescents (Outpatient)
About The RoleWe are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Program Manager to provide direct outpatient therapy services while leading and supporting a team of clinicians serving children and adolescents. This role combines clinical work, supervision, and program leadership, making it ideal for a licensed therapist who enjoys both client care and mentoring other clinicians.The Program Manager carries a small active caseload, provides clinical supervision, supports program development, and ensures high-quality, ethical service delivery in collaboration with the Chief Program Officer.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in-person outpatient therapy services, with potential for telehealth Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments with a trauma-informed lens Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Create safety and crisis plans for at-risk clients Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding trauma and mental health Provide clinical supervision and support to non-licensed therapists Take a lead role in outpatient program development and growth Assist with credentialing therapists with commercial insurance companies Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with all standards Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervision Maintain collaborative relationships with schools, hospitals, and community partners Attend required staff, departmental, and agency meetings Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate families servedQualificationsMaster’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in outpatient services with children/adolescents Supervisory experience preferred Experience working with trauma required Specialized training in EMDR, CPT, IFS, DNMS, or TF-CBT is a plus Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of trauma and its impact on mental health Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement effective treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Availability to provide approximately 5–10 therapy sessions per week (based on referrals) Additional RequirementsAct 33/34 Clearances (within one year) FBI Clearance Valid PA Driver’s License, vehicle, and proof of insurance Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed Physical RequirementsUse of general office equipment (computer, phone, copier) Minimal filing and administrative duties Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to any legally protected status.
