Solid Surface Installer

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Solid Surface Installer who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a growing team.If you're dependable, enjoy solving problems, and have experience installing solid surface products, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Install solid surface countertops, wall panels, window sills, and related products at residential and commercial job sites. Read and interpret shop drawings and installation details. Seam, sand, polish, and finish solid surface material to MEGA quality standards. Perform field modifications and repairs when needed. Ensure all installations are level, secure, clean, and meet customer expectations. Load, unload, transport, and safely handle countertop materials. Use installation tools and equipment safely and properly. Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and coworkers. Complete required paperwork, job photos, and installation documentation. Maintain a clean work vehicle, tools, and job site. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience installing solid surface countertops is preferred. Experience with Corian®, HI-MACS®, Wilsonart®, Staron®, Avonite®, or similar products is a plus. Ability to fabricate, seam, sand, and polish solid surface materials. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, routers, saws, and polishers. Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship .Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the field. Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to lift 75–100 lbs with assistance and perform physical work throughout the day. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
