In this role, you'll perform troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and software support for HVAC and building automation systems. We don't expect you to know everything on day one-we're looking for people who want to learn, grow, and build long-term success with us.What You'll DoHVAC / Mechanical / Controls ServicePerform preventive maintenance and service on a variety of HVAC systemsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and mechanical issuesComplete detailed service reports and keep documentation up to dateEnsure high-quality work that meets OEM and industry standardsControls & Software SupportCommission, configure, and program building automation hardware/softwareAnalyze system data, alarms, and trends to identify issuesUpdate firmware, device configurations, and system parametersAssist junior technicians with advanced troubleshootingCustomer SupportProvide professional on-site and remote technical supportClearly communicate findings and recommendationsDeliver responsive, customer-focused service and follow-throughWhat You Bring3-5 years of experience in HVAC, controls, or electro-mechanical serviceStrong understanding of heat pumps, HVAC systems, or building automationAbility to read mechanical, electrical, and control schematicsFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and HVAC control softwareValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sitesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, climb, kneel, and work in mechanical spacesComfortable working in various environmental conditionsReady to Apply?If you're looking for a company that invests in your growth and values your skillset, we'd love to meet you.
