About UsI’m Emily Dempsey, founder of The Brickell Babes —a women’s community in Miami that’s grown to ~60K women across our ecosystem over the past four years (social, IRL events, and email).We host curated experiences for ambitious women: happy hours, panels, workouts, charity events, and more. In 2026, we’re expanding into media with STACKED, a new video-first podcast and content platform focused on:Bitcoin, business, and building your dream life. STACKED will be pushed heavily through The Brickell Babes community and my personal and across social, YouTube, and audio platforms to a total reach of over 100K.We’re now looking for a Head of Partnerships/Influencer & Podcast Partnerships Manager (title dependent on experience) to turn this audience and brand into a scalable, repeatable revenue engine. This is a commission only, contract role. The RoleYou will own end-to-end partnerships and sponsorship revenue across:Newsletter & social mediaBrickell Babes IRL eventsThe STACKED podcast & content ecosystemThis is a commission-only role to start, ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants to grow into a long-term leadership position as we scale. Also a great opportunity for an existing influencer partnerships manager looking to add some fractional work to their portfolio.What You’ll DoPartnership Strategy & PackagingAudit our current assets (events, community, socials, upcoming podcast) and help refine our sponsorship offeringDevelop integrated brand packages that may include:Newsletter and social placementsEvent sponsorships and on-site activationsPodcast segments and ad reads3-6-12 month multi-channel partnershipsPipeline Building & SalesBuild and manage a partnerships pipeline:Prospect brands in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, fintech, and aligned categoriesRun outreach via email, LinkedIn, and warm introsLead discovery calls with brands and agenciesCreate proposals and decks; negotiate and close dealsAccount Management & ExecutionWork with our small ops/content team to ensure sponsor deliverables are:Clearly scopedDelivered on timeRecapped with simple performance summariesMaintain strong relationships with partners and proactively pitch renewals and upsellsRevenue & LeadershipProvide regular visibility into:Pipeline healthRevenue forecastsOpportunities for new offerings (series, partnerships, categories)Over time, help shape our long-term monetization strategy across events, media, and future productsYou Might Be a Great Fit If…You have experience in partnerships / sponsorship sales:Media, events, creator economy, hospitality, or similarYou’re energized by early-stage building and are comfortable creating structure where it doesn’t fully exist yetYou’re confident on calls and in the room with:Founders, CMOs, brand managers, agenciesYou understand (or are excited to learn about) brands that want to reach:Ambitious, status-driven women who care about money, lifestyle, wellness, and Bitcoin/financeYou’re motivated by commission-based upside and the chance to grow with a high-potential community + media platformCompensationCommission-only to startCompetitive percentage of cash collected on deals you source and closeAs we grow, the intention is to evolve this into:Base + commission, andA long-term Head of Partnerships / Revenue Leadership position for the right personWe're also open to agency representation with an aligned groupWe’ll be upfront about commission structure and targets during the interview process.How to ApplyIf this sounds like you, please apply with:A cover letter and below examples to emily@thebrickellbabes.comA quick summary of relevant partnerships / sponsorship experienceAny examples of brands or campaigns you’ve worked on
