Transformation Project Analyst
Job SummaryThe Transformation Project Analyst supports transformation initiatives by providing administrative, project, and analytics support. This role ensures effective coordination across operational, technical, and administrative teams, tracks program performance, and supports change initiatives through training and process documentation. The analyst helps drive efficiency, adoption of new workflows, and successful outcomes. This role requires 2+ days a week onsite in our Quincy, MA, corporate office.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Support Coordinate and support transformation projects and initiatives across multiple departments. Schedule and organize project meetings and cross-functional training sessions. Document meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability. Assist in the development and maintenance of project charters. Monitor project milestones and deliverables across multiple departments.Administrative Support Maintain a centralized repository for project documentation, data reports, and training materials. Support tasks such as calendar management, internal communications, and document control. Provide ad hoc support for risk management and compliance processes as needed.Data Analytics & Reporting Collect, analyze, and report on project and operational data to support transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain reports to provide insights into transformation project performance. Track metrics related to clinical efficiency, patient experience, operational performance, and project outcomes.Training & Change Support Support the rollout of new workflows, technologies, and operational processes. Assist in creating training guides, reference materials, and e-learning content for staff. Coordinate training sessions, track participation, and collect feedback to optimize learning outcomes.Additional Job DescriptionSkills & Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Monday.com or similar). Basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and emerging technologies, with the ability to evaluate AI-related tools, support technical assessments, and contribute to the development or implementation of solutions that enhance team operations and project delivery. Experience with project management and data visualization tools (Monday.com, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPay range for this position is $70,000-115,000 + benefits.
