As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering a restaurant-style dining experience by ensuring meals are prepared and served with excellence, consistency, and care.In This Role, You WillOversee the organized and timely execution of meals across multiple stationsMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safetyWork closely with the Director of Culinary and Sous ChefExecute ticketed orders efficiently in a fast-paced environmentKeep stations clean, stocked, and operating smoothlyHelp create a positive and welcoming dining experience for residentsThis position is ideal for someone who is passionate about cooking, thrives in a team-oriented kitchen environment, and brings a hospitality-first mindset to every shift.Compensation & SchedulePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourSchedule: Full-TimeMust be available for both AM and PM shiftsWeekend availability requiredRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsAbility to pass a background check, drug screening, and physicalStrong cooking skills and ability to follow recipes accuratelyWillingness to learn and quickly adapt to new processesUnderstanding of food preparation procedures and ingredient proportionsKnowledge of food safety, food handling, and safe food storage practicesPatience, professionalism, and a passion for cookingCertificationsFood Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification preferred not required ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of hospitality experienceRestaurant experience preferredIf you take pride in your work and want to make a real difference for residents every day, apply today and join our culinary team at Community First Solutions!
