This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow their expertise, expand their impact, and take on greater responsibility over time.This individual will work closely with senior leadership, including direct mentorship from experienced professionals, and will play a key role in leading consulting projects, training programs, and client engagements. Key ResponsibilitiesLead industrial hygiene and safety consulting projects across a variety of industries, leading both fieldwork and client deliverables.Conduct field assessments, exposure evaluations, and hazard analyses to identify workplace risks and ensure regulatory compliance.Leading asbestos and mold-related inspections, air monitoring, and compliance activities in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.Prepare clear and accurate technical reports, documentation, and client deliverables based on field findings and analysis.Developing and progressively lead training programs related to asbestos, mold, and safety topics, including both classroom and hands-on instruction.Participate in client meetings and contribute to developing practical risk management and compliance solutions.Stay current with OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations to ensure all work reflects the latest standards and best practices.Contribute to the development and improvement of training materials and technical content.Lead expert witness and litigation-related projects, including research, documentation, and technical support as needed.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; however, relevant field experience may be considered in place of formal education.Candidates should have 3–15 years of experience in industrial hygiene, safety, environmental consulting, or related disciplines.Progress toward, or interest in obtaining, CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) and/or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification is required.Experience with expert witness service preferred.Experience or familiarity with asbestos and/or mold regulations, inspections, air monitoring, or remediation practices is highly valued.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data and apply it to real-world scenarios are required.Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports and present information clearly to clients.The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.An interest in teaching, training, and public speaking is preferred, as this role will support and eventually lead training programs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) is required.Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Houston area.
