No more than one moving violation in the past three years. Lifting packages. Transporting printer supplies. Delivering mail. Moving boxes of paper.Essential FunctionsPossess the skills and competencies required to deliver minimum/basic contracted customer requirements related to document production, assembly, and finishing servicesPerform routine and defined production and office support tasks in a fast-paced customer environmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate production and office equipment in accordance with workplace safety guidelinesServe as the point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer print and production jobsOperate standard finishing equipment including paper cutters, inserters, laminators, hole punchers, and related production machineryOperate basic office equipment including printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machinesApply asset tags to office equipment and maintain accurate database recordsTrack and coordinate office equipment moves, additions, and changes at customer locationsClean and perform basic maintenance on office and production equipment as requiredProcess and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes and maintain billing logsLog incoming packages and accountable mail itemsProcess forms and update information using PC-based applicationsWrap, pack, label, and ship finished products according to customer specificationsCollect and submit meter reads for production equipmentMaintain supply inventory and distribute supplies as neededTroubleshoot and resolve basic production, delivery, and output issuesPerform quality inspections before, during, and after production runsSort and scan hardcopy materials for printed or digital document productionRespond to print/copy equipment issues by contacting service personnel using designated applicationsOperate low- to mid-speed printers and copiersEstimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobsTrack and store customer jobs for future reuse, including file backup managementPerform file and document conversion using standard software applicationsComplete operator-level maintenance on equipmentMaintain reporting logs and billing information accuratelyProvide mail delivery and courier support duties as requestedSkillsDemonstrated basic computer proficiencyFunctional knowledge of PC operations including keyboard and mouse functionsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including ExcelFamiliarity with web browsing and internet usageAbility to send and receive emails, locate and save files, and perform data entry tasksAbility to send documents to preconfigured printers and navigate standard web applicationsBasic math skills including multiplication, division, and percentagesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and business maturityStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a production environmentExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment requiredPrevious print production, mailroom, copy center, or office services experience preferredPost-high school technology training or related experience preferredEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
