Associate Attorney

Our client, a well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm in Seattle, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join its Personal Injury and General Liability practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation experience representing injured plaintiffs while working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative and client-focused environment.Key Responsibilities• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury and general liability matters from inception through resolution• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents• Conduct written discovery and handle depositions, including taking and defending• Attend court appearances and assist with trial preparation• Evaluate liability and damages and develop effective case strategies on behalf of injured plaintiffs• Communicate regularly with clients and provide practical, thoughtful legal analysisRequired Qualifications• 2–3 years of civil litigation experience• Active and in good standing with the Washington and California State Bar• Experience in personal injury and or general liability preferred• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentThis role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to build plaintiff-side litigation experience within a supportive and well-established practice.
