Job Description Proficiency in estimating commercial projects from ground up to just T.I. Proven estimating experience in Commercial Construction with a proven track record of successful bids. Perform takeoffs, cost analysis, and pricing (materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors).Manage subcontractors / suppliers and solicit competitive bids. Build and maintain centralized estimating tools, templates, and cost databases. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Deliver data-driven bid packages and executive summaries to leadership Competitive compensation aligned with experience.
