Creative Lead
We've been building consumer brands on Amazon since 2016. Now entering our 10th year, we're investing in the one thing we haven't built yet — a real creative foundation.We're hiring a Creative Lead.This isn't a "manage the brand guidelines" role. This is a build-it role.You'll own the visual identity across all three brands — packaging, Amazon listings, website, social — and set the standard for how TGP shows up everywhere. You'll work directly with the CEO, lead an in-house content creator, and manage external agencies and vendors when needed.Right now, it's hands-on. As the brands grow, you build your team around you.What you'll own:Brand direction across Chokolids, Glacio, and Hampton AdamsAmazon creative — listings, A+ content, storefrontPackaging design and updatesWebsite creative direction (DTC)Social content standardsAgency and vendor relationshipsDay-to-day direction of in-house creator and VA designerWhat we're looking for:5+ years in brand design or creative directionPortfolio showing real multi-touchpoint brand work — packaging, digital, socialExperience directing creatives or managing agenciesSomeone who moves without being askedAmazon experience? Not required. Strong branding instincts and ownership mentality?
