Implementation Manager
IMPLEMENTATION MANAGERThe Implementation Manager leads the onboarding efforts for self-funded employee health benefit plans. This position is responsible for managing the seamless implementation of new client and renewing accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.Primary Responsibilities:· Client Onboarding: Lead the implementation process for new self-funded employee health benefit plans, ensuring all aspects of the implementation are completed accurately and on time.· Project Management: Develop and execute implementation project plans in Monday.com, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate activities across internal teams (e.g., Operations, Account Management) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, brokers) to meet project objectives.· Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients and sales teams to understand and document client requirements, ensuring that all details are captured accurately for implementation.· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the implementation phase promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams and clients as needed.· Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks throughout the implementation process to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all implementation activities, including client communications, system configurations, and project status updates.· Project Management: During slower implementation months, support Centers of Excellence, TPA Integrations and operational teams by managing small to medium projects.Qualifications:· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or implementation management, preferably within the healthcare or employee benefits industry. Experience with self-funded plans and TPAs is highly desirable.· Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.· Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and steer clients toward company standards and/or preferred solutions. Must be able to speak with confidence and authority.· Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of implementation and documentation.· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Point C is a private equity backed platform of third-party administrators (TPAs) focused on providing services to businesses that self-fund their medical benefits.
