You’ll handle everything from end-user support to infrastructure troubleshooting and project execution.Provide onsite and remote end-user support (hardware, software, and connectivity issues).Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) environments.Diagnose and resolve wireless and network issues (connectivity, VLANs, DHCP, signal optimization).Perform server troubleshooting (Windows Server, AD, DNS, Group Policy).Execute onsite project work:New office setupsWorkstation deploymentsNetwork equipment installs (switches, firewalls, access points)Assist with user onboarding/offboarding (accounts, permissions, device setup).Work closely with internal teams (L1/L2/L3) to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.Maintain accurate documentationEnsure a white-glove client experience during every onsite visit.What We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in an MSP or IT support environment.Strong hands-on experience with:End-user support (Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops)Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshootingBasic to intermediate networking (WiFi, switches, firewalls)Windows Server fundamentals (AD, DNS, DHCP)Excellent communication skills — able to translate tech into plain English for clients.Comfortable working onsite, independently, and representing the company professionally.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client environments.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Bonus Points ForExperience with Unifi, Meraki, SonicWall, or Aruba wireless environments.Familiarity with Intune or mobile device management (MDM).Experience with MSP tools.Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell).Previous project deployment experience (office moves, network rollouts).What Success Looks Like in This RoleClients trust you and ask for you by name.Issues are resolved quickly with minimal escalations.Onsite visits are efficient, professional, and leave a lasting positive impression.You proactively identify and fix problems before they become tickets.You contribute ideas to improve processes and client environments.Why Fabre TechYou’re not just “the onsite guy” — you’re a key part of the engineering team.Leadership that understands your role (CEO built from the ground up).Clear growth path into System Engineer, Project Engineer, or specialized roles.A team that values your input, not just your output.Strong culture built on accountability, loyalty, and growth.Benefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insurance
