Part Time Bookkeeper

We’ve been in business for over 35 years and are proud of our strong community roots.The Role: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep our finances organized. This is a flexible position, about 10-15 hours per week, with potential for remote work after an initial training period.Pay: $20–$30/hr (depending on experience)  Responsibilities:Manage and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks OnlineOrganize receipts, vendor invoices, and categorize expensesMonitor accounts payable and ensure bills are paid on timePrepare simple reports (monthly P&L, budget tracking)Assist with catch-up bookkeeping projects as neededCoordinate with the owner, accountant, and operations managerFuture Opportunities:As you become familiar with the role, responsibilities may expand to include payroll support, tax prep assistance, and deeper financial analysis.Qualifications:2+ years bookkeeping experience preferred (QuickBooks Online required)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesClear communication skills — comfortable working with a small, fast-paced teamWhy Work With Us:Flexible schedule (10-15 hrs/week, ideal side gig)Possible Remote option after trainingBe part of a family-owned, creative, community-driven business with a loyal client base
