You will be on your feet, engaged, and interacting with patients throughout the day.Position OverviewThe Chiropractic Assistant plays a critical role in patient flow, patient experience, and clinical support.You are responsible for:Ensuring patients feel welcomed, cared for, and guided through their visitSupporting doctors by collecting accurate patient informationMaintaining a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environmentHelping patients understand the benefits of chiropractic care and servicesThis is not a passive role-you are an active part of the patient experience and clinic performance.Core ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & InteractionGreet every patient with energy, professionalism, and a welcoming presenceProvide superior customer service at all timesEscort patients to exam and therapy areas efficientlyEngage with patients and communicate the benefits of chiropractic care and services (once trained)Help create a positive, high-energy environment in the officeClinical SupportTake and record basic diagnostic information:Blood pressureTemperatureHeight and weightPrepare patients for examination and treatmentSupport doctors with routine clinical tasksFlow & OperationsControl patient flow and assist in keeping the office running on timeMonitor the waiting area and attend to patient needsDistribute educational materials as directed by the chiropractorMaintain accurate and organized patient recordsCleanliness & OrganizationKeep all areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout the dayPerform continuous spot cleaning during operating hoursComplete thorough end-of-day cleaning responsibilitiesMaintain a consistently tidy and professional workspaceComplianceFollow all office systems and training protocolsMaintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentialityPerformance Expectations (KPIs)This role is performance-driven.
