Material Handler - 3rd ShiftThe Material Handler picks and processes customer orders and distribution center orders accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesCompiles, organizes, and prepares all orders as directed from the Shipping SupervisorOperates a handheld scanner to scan barcodes and delivers materials to their target locationOperates forklift, lift truck, side loaders, pallet trucks, picker and other loading/stacking equipmentResponsible daily inspection of forklifts and performs on-spot checkingMaintains and organizes warehouse storage including pallet consolidation and cleanliness of aislesPromotes a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
