Loan Servicing ProcessorStock Yards Bancorp, Inc., parent company of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, with offices in Louisville, Central, Eastern and Northern Kentucky, as well as the Indianapolis, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan markets.This position will process, prepare and review closing documents for consumer and small business loan applications. Provide support to internal and external customers.Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:This position consists of a range of responsibilities that could include a variety of the following:Customer Service: Create a WOW customer experience for every customer in every interactionvia telephone or emailMeet established goals of quality, efficiency, and accuracy by assisting customers with questions and/or concerns on all loan accounts and servicesRecommend and educate customers on bank policies, procedures and services related to Loan AccountsPerform operational tasks including distribution of account maintenance and product support information to appropriate areas, maintenance of customer files and documentationAnswer phone calls and emails from internal and external clients as related to Loans SYB ServicesProcess Block/TMS work, Payments and Proof TicketsPerform necessary Maintenance with appropriate approvals to LoansWork reports as needed (Non-Use Fee, Non-Post, Escrows, etc.)Investor accounting and reporting of all consumer real estate loans serviced by SYBProcessing payments, rate changes and tranches related to Business Loans, Leases, Participations, Syndications, SBA and SWAP transactionsProcessing of Insurance claims, flood, requests for re-amortization and removal of PMI and/or escrow as well as other daily paperwork receivedProcessing and balancing of Escrow (Insurance, claims, flood, taxes, PMI, etc.)Monthly delinquency reporting of consumer mortgage loans to upper management and outside agencies (FHA, VA, FHLMC, FNMA, PMI companies, etc.) and all tasks associated with filing of claims for any federally or privately insured mortgage loanProcess requests related to Credit bureau reporting, inquiries and disputes of consumer loans to ensure compliance with federal regulationsOther general clerical duties. Provide highest level of quality service.
