Business Unit Controller

Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing Manufacturing Company located in the Andover area as a Business Unit Controller. This will be the # 1 Finance person reporting directly into the President, managing a staff and will be key Business Partner supporting all Finance, Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, Revenue Recognition and Operation functions. This role will have complete ownership of all financial statements, cash flow projections, financial forecasts, cost accounting, inventory management, margin analysis, pricing and oversight of transactional accounting activities. This person will also be the point person driving technology initiatives, establishing processes/controls and staff development.Previous experience working for a Company in Manufacturing with multi-site locations is a requirement.
