Maintenance Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a hardworking and detailed oriented Maintenance Technician at The Bethel Resort & Suites. This includes maintaining the buildings, adhering to safety polices, and performing routine cleaning tasks. This is a Part Time position located in Bethel, Maine. Work Performed As a Maintenance Technician, you are accountable for responding to maintenance requests, maintaining regulatory requirements, and performing repair tasks throughout the property. Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the building looking clean and professional Respond to repair requests quickly and with a professional manner Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management team Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be detail oriented, exercising good judgment on professional-looking environment Must be able to work onsite at the location Hours required: Part Time Proficiency in the English language Ability to stand, walk, and kneel as needed to support job duties Ability to lift/push up to 10 pounds consistently, up to 75 or more pounds occasionally Frequent bending, squatting, twisting and turning Ability to work independently Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times Compensation $16 - $17 Hourly Benefits Optional 401k with employer match Employee discounts at participating hotels Option to sign up for on-demand pay with DailyPay Refer a friend – get paid extra when they join our team!
