Job Description:Warrington, PA$105,000 - $115,000The OpportunityYou will lead the development of advanced 3D grading models for land development, roadway, utility, and infrastructure projects. Your work transforms engineering intent and survey data into accurate, construction-ready models that keep projects on schedule and built to spec. This role places you at the center of meaningful infrastructure work alongside engineers and survey professionals.Your Day-to-DayDevelop detailed 3D grading models for site development, roadway, utility, and infrastructure projectsGenerate 3D CAD models including grading systems, structures, retaining walls, and custom assembliesCreate and manage Civil 3D surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, and grading objectsOptimize designs through iterative modeling and quality control reviewsPrepare construction-ready CAD files, exhibits, and plan setsCoordinate with engineering and survey teams to ensure model accuracy and field data integrationMaintain CAD standards, templates, and layer management for project consistencyWhat We're Looking ForRequired:3+ years of proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3DProven experience creating advanced grading models and complex surface designsAbility to develop 3D CAD models across civil and mechanical interfacesSolid understanding of land development, civil/site design, or infrastructure workflowsAbility to interpret engineering drawings, survey data, and technical specificationsStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsPreferred:Experience with GIS or survey data integrationBackground in civil engineering, drafting/design technologies, or related disciplinesFamiliarity with corridor modeling, pipe networks, and feature linesExposure to BIM workflowsReady to Apply?If you're passionate about Civil 3D and enjoy turning complex terrain into precision-driven design solutions, we want to hear from you.
