Quality Assurance Project Manager
Location: 3001 Red Lion Road Philadelphia PaSchedule: Mon-Fri, 8-4 or 9-5Duration: 12 monthsPay: $36.40 per hourSummary:As part of the GMP Education & Training Uplift Program (GETUP), this Quality Assurance Project Manager with GxP experience will manage the Quality department project for the Philadelphia Site. This Project Manager will be skilled in coordinating the project using artifacts typical to a project management framework, such as creating a project charter and managing project timelines and milestones. This Project Manager will also drive closure of project deliverables, build and manage a project team, have strong approach determination, manage priorities and resources, engage with leadership, and communicate with stakeholders. Project scope is enhancing the Quality department training program (i.e. restructuring existing trainings and learning plans, digitalizing training for Quality, enhancing required trainings, etc.).Role and Responsibilities:The following summarize key result areas, specific accountabilities and/or tasks, etc. associated with this job title as it relates to applicable knowledge and experience levels:• Manages the Quality Project under the GETUP Program for the PA Site.• Coordinates and supports project work to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.• Effectively manages the project team.• Engages and communicates with leadership and stakeholders to ensure visibility to project work.• Drives impact to enhancing the quality learning program through strong leadership.Skills and Experience:Essential:• GxP Project Management experience• GxP Quality Assurance experience• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Primarily Teams, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)• Highly organized• Strong communication skills• Strong critical thinking• Strong engagement and experience in driving impactDesirable:• Intermediate proficiency in Smartsheet• Experience supporting the Training or Quality Assurance teams in a GMP manufacturing or pharmaceutical organization• Experience working in Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone/SABA strongly preferred)Education/Certification:• High school diploma/GED required – some college strongly preferred
