SENIOR AUDIT ASSOCIATE
As a Senior Audit Associate you will have the opportunity to make an impact by:
Lead the audit and work with our clients to complete required procedures
Work with directors and other accountants as necessary
Complete general audit procedures, including planning, execution, and reporting phases of the audit
Manage the audit file to ensure working papers are completed timely
Preparation of Client Financial Statements
Conversing directly with clients and their advisors and serving as the primary point of contact
Performing accounting and audit research as required
Be exposed to other accounting/consulting services delivered by the firm
Thinking proactively about practice development to include opportunities to cross sell to existing clients as well as identifying new clients
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will be a CPA or EA with 3 plus years of progressive CPA firm experience and have:
Bachelor’s degree required, master's in accounting preferred
Approximately 3 years of auditing experience at a public accounting firm
Ability to handle multiple client engagements
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)

Professionalism and Integrity
Ability to manage own time and the time of others, as well a train and mentor staff

Experience using Audit File and Doc It (preferred, but not required)
