The General Manager’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members.RequirementsStrong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)Education and ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferredHigh School Diploma or GED required.
