A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Engineering. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Quality Engineers and define the technical strategy for automation tooling Collaborate with Development teams throughout the automation development process and support continuous improvement initiatives Implement and analyze team and project metrics to demonstrate business value and drive innovation Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field 6 years of experience in a software development environment with technical QA lead experience Experience with UI test automation tools and API testing Experience with performance testing and Continuous Integration environments Familiarity with Object Oriented languages and relational databases
