Physical Therapy Manager - North Fort Myers, FL Offering $10k Sign-on Bonus!Schedule: Full-time (Flexible schedule (30 hours patient care / 10 hours admin)Salary Range: $110k+ (DOE)Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Physical Therapy Manager to join our growing team. This leadership position oversees three outpatient clinics located within active country club communities in the Punta Gorda and North Fort Myers areas, within a 20-minute drive radius.Primary Responsibilities:• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional goals• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs• Provide approximately 30 hours of direct patient care and 10 hours of administrative and leadership time weekly• Oversee daily operations across three clinics within country club communities, ensuring strong communication and consistency in care• Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics (visits, outcomes, productivity, and growth goals)• Manage therapist schedules and coordinate with front office staff to maintain optimal workflow and patient satisfaction• Meet and exceed clinic and area budget goals through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, clinicians, physicians, and the broader community• Lead by example - fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementQualifications• Doctorate or Master's Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program• Active Florida PT license (or eligible)• Minimum 3 years of outpatient experience preferred• Previous management or lead therapist experience a plus• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Passion for mentorship, patient care, and driving clinic successBenefits & Perks• Starting salary: up to $110,000+ (commensurate with experience)• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus• Monthly performance bonuses• 401(k) with company match• Flexible schedule (30 hours patient care / 10 hours admin)• Continuing education support and paid APTA dues• Leadership development and mentorship opportunities• Supportive, collaborative team culture
