Innovative software solutions to manage and analyze energy efficiency data.Our work advances energy policies, supports contractors, and drives sustainability efforts across the industry.DescriptionThe Program Specialist plays an integral role in the support of our QA programs.Primary responsibilities are to oversee all aspects of scheduling QC inspections to meet production goals. This includes calling customers to schedule QC inspections, maintaining calendars, submitting inspection reports to clients, and providing logistical, field, and customer support.The Program Specialist will provide administrative support to QA programs as assigned, and this can include tasks for quarterly events, creation of slide presentations, reviewing and editing inspection reports, and tracking contractors’ remediation work.What You BringA High School Diploma is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Prior experience conducting outbound or client-facing phone communications is preferred. Familiarity with energy efficiency program delivery and relevant residential and/or commercial technologies is a plus. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
