Technical Project Manager

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Execution:Support the development and execution of Alliant's automation strategy that aligns with organizational goals.Prioritize automation initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.Evaluate market options for automation solutions, considering factors such as subscription costs and supportability.Communicate and Collaboration and Leadership, the Business Unites and Developer Team:Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.Foster an "automation-first" culture within the organization.Provide strategic and tactical support throughout the project lifecycle.Translate Business Unit needs into technical requirements.Meet with Business Units to understand their needs, challenges and limitations.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions.Monitor and analyze the impact of automation on day-to-day operations.Identify opportunities for further automation and process optimization.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies. Technical Requirements:Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Strong leadership and project management skills.Proven experience in automation, with a strong foundation in tools such as UI PATH.Experience with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform) or UI Path is a plus.Experienced in agile delivery models and continuous deployment practices.
