Compliance Supervisor

The Compliance Supervisor provides guidance and structure related to compliance and quality. The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for researching, implementing, and maintaining appropriate programs, policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, Agency contracts, and all state and federal requirements. The overall role is to communicate Agency needs, review employee performance as it relates to compliance and quality and notify appropriate management staff, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage reciprocal relationships between the organization and partnerships so all are successful. Key outcomes, expectations, and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Research, develop, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements Oversee the maintenance for written Agency compliance plan and annual evaluation of the plan's effectiveness Maintain a performance measurement work plan and reporting calendar for data collection and analysis Maintain Agency Code of Conduct, ensuring all staff and Board of Directors receive appropriate training each year Maintain policies, processes, and procedures to assure they are kept up to date and that practices match these documents Serve as a resource to the Agency for issues related to regulatory compliance Facilitate the quality and accreditation teams and collaborate with all for cohesive plans and actions; ensure training on all
