Location-New Jersey/NYCWe are seeking a Delivery/Sales partner with a strong emphasis on execution, delivery governance, and account growth within a smaller P&L scope.This role is primarily responsible for ensuring successful delivery of IT services engagements while supporting revenue growth through existing accounts, The individual will manage a mid-sized portfolio ($2M–$8M range) and act as the key bridge between clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:1. Account Management & Growth (Existing Clients)Act as the primary client-facing delivery leader for assigned accounts.Build strong relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders.Identify and drive organic growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell within existing engagements).Support account expansion initiatives in collaboration with sales teams.2. Delivery OwnershipOwn end-to-end delivery across accounts/projects within the portfolio.Ensure delivery is:On time and within budgetAligned to agreed scope and SLAsDelivered with strong quality and customer satisfactionDrive delivery governance, including status reviews, risk mitigation, and escalation management.Manage resource planning, utilization, and margins for assigned accounts.3. Financial & P&L AccountabilityManage a portfolio-level P&L (approx. $2M–$8M) with focus on:Revenue predictabilityMargin optimizationCost control4. Stakeholder & Team LeadershipWork closely with delivery managers, tech leads, and offshore teams.Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery execution.Mentor junior delivery managers / leads within the account.5. Quality & Continuous ImprovementDrive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across delivery.Ensure high CSAT/NPS scores and proactive issue resolution.Implement feedback loops to improve delivery efficiency and client experience.Required Qualifications:12–16 years in IT services / consulting, with strong delivery and farming within existing accountsProven experience managing mid-sized accounts or programsExperience handling end-to-end delivery with financial accountabilityKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong delivery governance and execution mindsetGood commercial understanding (P&L, margins, utilization)Ability to identify growth from existing accounts (farming mindset)Excellent client communication and stakeholder managementPractical experience with Agile, managed services, and offshore delivery modelsPreferred ProfileBackground in IT services and Consulting firmsIf you are interested kindly apply directly or send your resume to rashi.agarwal01@irissoftware.comThanksRashi AgarwalIRIS Software
