This role is best suited for technicians who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issuesPerform work in line with shop and manufacturer standardsAccurately document repairs and recommendationsInspect vehicles and identify additional service needsCommunicate effectively with service advisors and team membersRoad test vehicles as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualificationsState Certifications (Michigan Mechanic Certification in one or more of the following):Engine RepairBrakesElectrical SystemsSteering & SuspensionHeating & Air ConditioningAutomatic/Manual TransmissionASE Certifications (preferred/strongly valued), including:Engine RepairBrakesSuspension & SteeringElectrical/Electronic SystemsHeating & Air ConditioningEngine PerformanceAutomatic Transmission/TransaxleManual Drive Train & AxlesExperience performing diagnostics and repairs across multiple vehicle systemsAbility to work efficiently in a production-based environmentValid driver's license
