The Assembly Supervisor will oversee daily assembly operations, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising production activities, managing team performance, implementing and monitoring quality control processes, organizing production plans, and providing training for assembly staff. Additionally, the Assembly Supervisor will identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the management team to optimize production workflows.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills, including team management, performance evaluation, and leadership abilitiesExpertise in Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with standards and product specificationsExperience in Production Planning, including task scheduling and resource allocationAbility to provide effective Training for manufacturing and assembly personnelKnowledge and experience in Manufacturing processes and best practicesStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and cross-department collaborationPrevious experience in an assembly or manufacturing supervisory role preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in manufacturing or management is a plus
