Onsite Interface ManagerLocation: Houston, TexasExperience: 12–15 YearsWork Arrangement: OnsiteJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Onsite Interface Manager with a strong Process/Piping Engineering background to serve as the primary onsite interface between the client, engineering teams, construction, operations, and offshore engineering teams.The ideal candidate will have proven experience coordinating onsite-offshore engineering activities, managing technical interfaces, supporting field execution, and ensuring engineering deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary onsite interface with client engineering, operations, construction, and project management teams.Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore engineering teams.Review P&IDs, heat & mass balance, process datasheets, line lists, piping layouts, 3D models, and Cause & Effect documents.Coordinate piping/process, mechanical, civil/structural, and E&I interfaces.Support HAZOP, constructability, model reviews, ALARP, and design review meetings.Support tie-ins, brownfield modifications, site walkdowns, field verification, redlines, and as-built validation.Resolve engineering RFIs, client comments, and technical issues.Coordinate vendor/package interfaces involving vessels, compressors, skids, valves, and related equipment.Track offshore engineering progress against project schedules and milestones.Review key engineering deliverables for quality before client submission.Support construction and commissioning teams with engineering clarifications.Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and client specifications.Required Qualifications12–15 years of Process/Piping Engineering experience.Strong experience in onsite-offshore engineering coordination.Hands-on knowledge of Process and Piping Engineering deliverables.Experience with oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial gases, LNG, or related process industries preferred.Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and applicable engineering standards.Experience with HAZOP, constructability reviews, model reviews, tie-ins, and brownfield projects.Strong client-facing communication and technical coordination skills.Field/site engineering and construction support experience preferred.
