Managing Director

Must be located: North Dakota (Fargo or Bismarck), South Dakota (Sioux Falls or Sioux City), Minnesota (Minneapolis–St. Paul, Rochester, Mankato, or St. Cloud), Iowa (Des Moines, Iowa City, Davenport, or Council Bluffs), or are you willing to relocate from Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, or all other nearby states?The company seeks an experienced sales director to manage the Northern Midwest client territory. This is a key position on the company’s sales team. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships that will drive revenue growth and expand opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in promoting their market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities of the Northern Midwest Territory Managing Director:Cultivating and maintaining strong, synergistic client relationships so as to understand client needs and challenges and provide solutions that leverage and grow the value of the company’s services.Identifying and energetically pursuing new market opportunities within existing clients, target segments, and potential new clients to expand market penetration.Collaborating with product and service teams to tailor the use of the company’s product suite for specific client objectives and needs.Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains nimble and responsive to client demands and market opportunities.Leveraging market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.Monitoring sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and pipeline growth, to meet established performance goals.Sharing regular updates with senior management on sales progress and market trends.
