CSR Warranty Coordinator

As a leader in the Lighting Industry, we pride ourselves on delivering quality service even after a project is complete, and we need someone who can ensure our customers receive top-notch support for warranty-related work.Role OverviewAs the CSR/Warranty Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all warranty claims and ensuring that post-installation electrical issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. You will coordinate repairs and replacements, manage communication with customers, and ensure that all work is performed within warranty terms and meets safety and quality standards.
