You will be part of a collaborative HR team that includes a dedicated resource for the hourly and union workforce, allowing you to focus on the white-collar and supervisory population.Working hand-in-hand with office and functional managers to build a stronger performance culture, modernize HR practices, and unlock the full potential of the team. With the support of your on-site HR colleagues, you will have the bandwidth to go deep: building real relationships with employees, coaching supervisors, and creating the programs and processes this team needs to thrive.ResponsibilitiesPartnership with Supervisors & People LeadershipCoach and develop supervisors to handle day-to-day people situations with confidence.Be a visible, accessible presence on-site; invest time understanding how teams work and what drives them.Navigate a workforce with deep institutional tenure, bringing empathy and credibility to change management efforts.Performance Culture & Organizational DevelopmentDrive the deployment of a consistent performance review process, building the framework, training managers, and ensuring follow-through.Address performance issues proactively: guide supervisors through conversations, documentation, PIPs, and, where necessary, terminations.Identify talent development needs and partner with the broader HR network to build learning initiatives suited to the site’s growth agenda.Process Creation & HR InfrastructureAudit existing HR practices and identify gaps then build, document, and implement processes that are fit for a growing, performance-driven organization.Design and launch key people programs from scratchDevelop and manage an incentive and variable pay framework in partnership with leadership and the C&B function.Establish HR reporting cadences and provide regular people metrics and insights to site leadership.Employee Relations & EngagementServe as the HR point of contact for all white-collar and supervisory employees, handling relations matters, conflict resolution, and day-to-day guidance.Manage full-cycle recruitment for office and professional roles: from job brief through offer and onboarding.Lead onboarding processes to ensure a consistent, professional employee experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of experience in HR or related fieldBuilder’s mindset: Energized by the opportunity to create structure where little existsChange agentSupervisor coachProcess & program design: Experience building HR programsCross-cultural agility: Comfortable navigating a European parent company context
