Job DescriptionField Measure SpecialistGreater Austin, TX MarketRemote with Local Travel | Company Vehicle Provided | Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pmThe Field Measure Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the order verification process for replacement window and door orders within an assigned territory. This role conducts both virtual and in‑person job site verifications, ensuring correct measurements, site readiness, and customer understanding prior to installation.The primary focus of this position is to gather accurate job‑site and product requirements and clearly communicate Pella’s installation process, setting realistic expectations and delivering an exceptional homeowner experience.
