Our scope spans Engineering, prototype builds, through full production, requiring teams that can move fast, adapt, and execute with precision.GTI Values: Safey I Quality I Customer Obsession I Speed I AgilityPosition OverviewGTI Fabrication is seeking a Production Supervisor - Modular Data Center to support daily manufacturing operations for complex, build-to-order modular data center systems. This role is responsible for supervising production activities across electrical integration, structural assembly, and final system builds within a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate brings hands-on manufacturing leadership experience, strong electrical and production knowledge, and the ability to lead skilled trades teams on the manufacturing floor. This individual will play a key role in driving safety, quality, production efficiency, and on-time delivery while supporting the continued growth of GTI’s modular data center operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Leadership & Floor ExecutionSupervise daily production activities for modular data center builds to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are achievedLead and support electricians, assemblers, welders, and manufacturing technicians on the production floorCoordinate labor, materials, and workflow between electrical, mechanical, and structural assembly operationsMonitor production schedules and escalate risks impacting delivery timelinesEnsure production teams maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environmentDrive accountability, communication, and execution across assigned production areasElectrical & System Integration SupportSupport installation and integration of electrical systems including power distribution equipment, switchgear, UPS systems, and control panelsAssist with troubleshooting electrical and assembly-related production issuesEnsure builds are completed in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructionsSupport system testing, commissioning activities, and factory acceptance testing (FAT)Promote compliance with NEC, UL, and internal quality standards throughout productionCross-Functional CoordinationPartner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production Planning teams to support production executionCommunicate material shortages, technical concerns, and schedule risks to leadershipReview production drawings, BOMs, and work packages for readiness before release to manufacturingAssist with implementation of process improvements and manufacturing best practicesSupport new product introduction (NPI) activities and production ramp-upsSafety, Quality & ComplianceChampion a strong safety-first culture aligned with OSHA and GTI standardsEnsure employees follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing processes Support quality inspections, rework reduction, and corrective action activities Maintain production documentation, standard work instructions, and shift communication logs Lead by example in maintaining quality workmanship and operational disciplineOperational ExcellenceMonitor daily production metrics including throughput, efficiency, labor utilization, and on-time deliveryIdentify production bottlenecks and support corrective actions to improve flow and efficiencyAssist with workforce training, cross-training, and employee developmentSupport Lean manufacturing initiatives, 5S activities, and continuous improvement effortsHelp drive operational scalability to support GTI’s continued growthRequirementsRequired Qualifications Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience preferred3-7+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadershipHands-on experience working with electrical systems, industrial manufacturing, or complex assembliesExperience supervising production employees, electricians, assemblers, or skilled trades teamsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMsStrong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and production processesStrong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in modular manufacturing, data centers, power systems, or mission-critical infrastructureBackground supporting electrical integration, switchgear, control panels, or industrial power distribution systemsExperience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologiesPrior experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth manufacturing environmentLicensed Electrician or strong electrical field experience is highly preferredBenefits & PerksGTI Energy offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support employees and their families while providing long-term career growth opportunities within a fast-growing manufacturing organization.
