This position provides targeted instruction and support focused on developing functional skills, self-regulation, prosocial behaviors, and increased access to learning.Responsibilities include:Delivering targeted instruction and interventionSupporting students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needsDeveloping and implementing individualized learning plansCollaborating with staff and families to support student successMonitoring progress and adjusting supports as neededCreating a safe, structured, and supportive learning environmentQualifications:Maine Elementary Teaching Certification (or eligibility)Experience supporting students with behavioral and/or alternative programming needs preferredStrong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
