Title: Technical Business Analyst – Healthc Plan Process & UAT (Provider / Claims) Location: 100% Remote Type: Contract-to-Hire Duration: 6 months+ Rate: 62.50OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support process design, testing, and workflow validation across a complex healthcare product involving provider search, claims logic, and member/provider interactions.This role focuses on UAT, workflow design, and translating complex system behavior into clear business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute UAT and scenario-based testing across:provider search functionalityco-pay logicclaims outcomesDefine and document end-to-end workflows, including:provider experiencecustomer service processesbilling / explanation flowsSupport SSO setup and testing scenariosCreate process documentation and visual diagrams (e.g., Visio)Translate complex system logic into clear, business-friendly explanationsPartner with stakeholders to ensure processes are understood and operationalizedSupport training and enablement for customer service and provider-facing teamsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare environmentsTPA is a MUSTStrong experience with:UAT / testingprocess mappingworkflow designBackground in healthcare payer systems, including:integrationhealth plan dataclaimsprovider workflowseligibilityAbility to bridge technical and business teams effectivelyStrong documentation and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with:provider search toolsimplementing healthcare productbenefit adjudication and benefit interpretation / co-pay logicepisode bundle or variable costFamiliarity with SSO concepts and testing scenariosExperience supporting customer service or provider operations workflows
