Operations Manager - Honduras Resort We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a boutique resort in Honduras. This position plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless, high-quality guest experience in a personalized, upscale environment.Ideal Candidate Profile:3–4 years’ experience managing teams within a hospitality settingPrevious background as a Front Desk or Guest Services Manager (essential)Fully bilingual in English and SpanishStrong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiencyExposure to housekeeping and basic maintenance functions (preferred)Experience within boutique, luxury, or lifestyle properties (advantageous)Comfortable working in a remote/island environment with strong problem-solving abilityFamiliar with PMS systems such as Opera CloudBased in Honduras or the wider Central American/Caribbean region (e.g., Guatemala, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador), or open to relocatingCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: USD $3,000 – $3,500 per monthPerformance-based bonus: approx.
