Job Title: SAP Data Migration ConsultantLocation: Indianapolis, INTravel: OnsiteType: Corp-CorpJob DescriptionProgram Context: Global S/4HANA Transformation (SAP S/4HANA, MDG, Ariba, Salesforce)The Data Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality, readiness, and successful migration of local business data into the global SAP S/4HANA landscape, enabling compliant, timely, and disruption?€'free deployment of standardized global processes in the United States.Work Experience10–12+ years of experience in SAP Data Management, data migration, or ERP transformations.Proven hands?€'on experience with SAP S/4HANA data migrations, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.Strong exposure to SAP MDG and at least one major satellite system (e.g., Ariba, Salesforce, IBP).Experience working in large, global programs with geographically phased (“wave”) deployments.Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with senior business and IT leaders.Prior experience working in or with US business units strongly preferred.Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.Relevant certifications are advantageous, such as:SAP S/4HANA or SAP MDG certificationsData management or data governance certificationsProject or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
