Reliability Data Analyst

Job TitleThis role focuses on applying data analysis to support Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) requirements on government programs.Your impact will include:Applying analytical methods such as Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).Supporting lifecycle support planning through data modeling and insights.Developing and maintaining datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making.Collaborating with engineering and maintenance development teams to translate data insights into actionable plans.Recommending and supporting Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies using data analysis.Preparing and presenting analytical reports and visualizations for leadership and customers.Continuously evaluating and implementing new data tools, technologies, and methodologies.Minimum qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience working with data analysis, modeling, or statistical methods.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Standout qualifications include:Experience in reliability and maintainability analysis.Background in predictive analytics or machine learning.Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Experience in data management technology (SQL) or data engineering.Familiarity with vehicle systems or heavy equipment with tools such as Windchill Risk and Reliability or similar reliability software.Programming experience for automation and data processing (Python, VBA, etc.).Pay Range: $64,500.00 - $103,500.00Oshkosh is committed to working with and offering reasonable accommodation to job applicants with disabilities.
